Dr Tolbert listens very well. She is very personable, and very intelligent. I trust her opinion and feel confident with whatever health-care decisions we make.

I could not believe DR TOLBERT MADE THE COMMENT THAT SHE "COULDN'T BELIEVE THEY PUT A CAGE IN MY SPINE" especially when she knew NOTHING OF THE HISTORY OF MY SPINE AND WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH IT. What Dr in their proper state of mind puts down other doctors and surgeons for their choice of fixing their patients spinal issues when she knows nothing of the history of the patients spine and spinal problems. What doctor talks about another doctor and the choices they make for their patients. I will tell you what kind, one who is jealous of a higher caliber doctor with stellar skills and chairside manners. Then she told me that if they are in charge of my meds they are in charge of my procedures.(Dr Tolbert). (I have a top notch Dr. for my procedures) If they preform the procedures as they do their office visits ex:-- talk at people and not to them, people are not gonna be taken care of properly nor pleased with their performance cause it was a joke.. They won't be touching me with anything period. Big RED FLAG!!!!!!! ANY person with an attitude like this Dr. and the establishment she was at will NEVER TOUCH ME. Especially after reading some of their reviews. They can't be trusted to care for you, if they can't LISTEN TO YOU, whether you're sedated or not they are half ass taking care of you and I SURE DONT TRUST THEM after my visit and how I was communicated with. I wasted my time and theirs too. Dr. TOLBERT told me she would ERASE everything from my visit and I pray she did cause if it affects any of my other visits and she doesn't release me i will seek counsel, my cousin is a doctor, good Christian man he will direct me in what to do. Chairside manners says a ton about a person's character. These doctors need classes on it. The entire place needs investigated.. Team work makes the dream work. All people respond to different medications differently and again if they can't genuinely LISTEN, then they can't genuinely give good quality medical care. What a JOKE SMH!!!!! Please take some courses on communication and how to talk with people. You'd be surprised with the results of some patients. Being kind isn't that hard, but being an ugly person with ugly character doesn't wash off easy either.(1st impressions)Learn to know your place as a professional and being a good doctor will come easy. You are working with the public for heavens sake. Humans, not doormats.. I also feel they should be told ahead of time about the doctors demanding too do the procedures or no meds period. Some people don't have time to waist. I bet though if the tables was turned they'd be taken care of promptly and with great care and compassion. Stop trying to play God with peoples medical conditions. You're not God!! I grabbed my belongings and I walked out after the doctor told me I was rude. She didn't need to keep asking me questions about my medical if she couldn't serve me any further but she continued to do so. *Talk about feeling violated.* what was her purpose anyway and for her to call me rude. Please!! Again know your place as a professional with patients they are humans not objects or doormats for you to treat and talk to or step on through a doctors visit. Pregnant or not there's ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE WHAT SO EVER. PLEASE RELEASE ME SO I CAN SEEK FURTHER ASSISTANCE FROM REAL CARING STELLAR DOCTORS WHO ARE TRULY GENUINE AND SINCERELY CARE. YOU ARE ONLY MAKING ME SUFFER and well we all know how the circle of life works. You put out bad Jojo you get bad Jojo back. Do what is morally correct, and get out of you own feelings for once. Get your big girl britches on and step up a notch to improve your professionalism. Your patients will love and respect you even more and you could become a doctor on a more stellar level as well. I will be praying for you. Please release me cause you didn't help me and I walked out of the appointment due to your less than poor mannerisms. Again Please release me so I can seek further care from more stellar professionals. Thank you and many prayers.
