“There must not be any communication between Dr. Afzal and Unity Point neurosurgery since he recommended surgery and neurosurgery has told me for nearly 2 years surgery is not recommended. When I told him I was "confused" about the conflicting recommendations, he appeared irritated. I had to ask questions about the procedure he was recommending instead of him professionally and voluntarily explaining it to me. I do not plan on returning to his office.”
