“Really thought I was at the right place and right doctor. They tell me they will do the disectomy surgery, then never heard back. One of the ladies said she was a director of the pain clinic first told me "I will call you back in an hour, never heard back from her until I called her on Tuesday. She said they are still trying to get a quote. Two weeks and no quote, no call, no text, no return calls. I thought I had a right place, but once again it's another pain clinic that over promises and under delivered. It's said these places have NO empathy for their clients. The director said we don't want to lose your business that tells me I'm a dollar sign only. Addition, went to spine doctor, they reviewed the procedure ascent did, said the reason injection did work, is the didn't do it properly, there went $1,000.00 for nothing, said that's the reason it only lasted 36 hours, says to many want to be pain clinics that don't ever provided any service, did get a name and number to file medical complaints about this place. Funny they only accept 5 stars reviews and not anything less, that's why there are 12 reviews and only review are 5 stars because the other 7 are 1 star reviews. So there real rating is 41%, still 40% to high What I find is they remove poor reviews to make them look better. Posted this review about 6 months ago, and it was removed, also notice a lot of the other poor reviews were deleted.”
