“Dr. Wickliff and his staff are so friendly. The customer service is BEYOND on point! He is respectful, sincere and genuinely cares about you getting long-term relief. His technician is friendly too and they both care about you being comfortable throughout your procedures. You might need to ask for a muscle relaxer for the more intense procedures, which you'll need a driver for, and the receptionist won't tell you that you need to fast to take the muscle relaxer, so I would ask them as many questions as possible so that they check with the nurse. At this time, unfortunately, he doesn't have any help (no PA to help with administering trigger point injections and other simple in and out visits). There is a super long wait time, at least 3months, to get your next visit, but that's only because he's the ONLY PROVIDER at his office at this time. I started going there when he did have help and I was able to get seen every 2 weeks or so, and that's also due to my insurance having to approve every procedure including injections, BUT you can get seen pretty often when he has a PA. The clinic can only work on one part of the body at a time due to insurance restrictions, so you have to take that into consideration as well.”
