“Clinic treats patients horribly. They will mess up your prescriptions and then blame you for taking the wrong dose. Happened 4 months in a row and they dropped me leaving notes of their wrong doing in my permanent file causing me to not have medicine I've been on 20yrs and create distrust in my medical history. All that after wrongfully accusing me. And they don't offer anesthesia options (something for pain and anxiety) while getting injections. Was excruciating getting several injections and I've had about 30 so far... was awful!”

“I would not recommend Dr. Bratawno to anyone unless you have time to just sit & wait to be seen. Every month whether right away in the a.m. or afternoon you have to wait. And by wait I am talking 1 hour sometimes 1 1/2 hrs. I have had to leave 2 times without seeing her after waiting 1 1/2 Hrs or I without receiving my prescriptions because I would have been late for work. If that would be us as patients, we would have to reschedule our appointments & still get chared.”
