Patient Testimonials

I attended this office today early this morning at 9 o'clock just for reference on how long I waited later on and seen Dr. Quintana Along with his nurse, George. George was extremely rude throughout the entire visit, although he tried hard to hide the fact that he either had a reason to dislike me after immediately meeting me the first few minutes or just doesn't like his job very much I'm not sure but he was very rude very short very curt with me and I seen the doctor for maybe a total of two minutes where he spoke very fastly. I'm 100% not exaggerating that he was in my room for a total of 3 minutes. This is all happening before my surgery mind you so I have a ton of questions. I'm scared. I don't know what to expect. The doctor told me that he had to go call my surgeon to touch base and he would be right back at that time I was taken to go do labs. I thought I was gonna go back to see the doctor after that because I had tons of questions and then the nurse George, set me in the waiting room and says I'll let you know if the doctor needs anything else from you. I expressed to the nurse that I still needed stuff from him. I have questions. I need to talk to him and he rudely interrupted me and spoke to me like a child "that is why I'm going to ask him if he still needs you" was his exact words not OK I'll make sure he knows that you still have questions for him , I was also promised a call back because again they did not give me any follow up instructions or any instructions at all. I had questions about the day before the operation on what medications I'm supposed to take and not take now I have no idea of any of that because he wouldn't call me back and it's Friday. I stupidly went home and fell asleep before it was early enough to call him back so that on my part is my fault but I am very unhappy with the treatment I received , I'm a person, I'm scared and they did nothing to help ease that. Now I see my surgeon Monday and I have no idea if he got any of the answers to questions he wanted either. I don't know if I'm supposed to take my normal medication's the day of surgery, nothing. This is a surgery that can't be put off much longer before my bones are healing the wrong way. I don't feel like I was treated like a person today. I literally feel like they just shoved me out as quick as they can and I understand it can get busy but each Doctor should spend as much time with a patient as the patient needs within reason. He sent some random lady out and told me to leave by the way not even the rude nurse George so I could look at George and say well I still have questions. I'm gonna wait. I have no idea who the woman was or and when I explained to her while I still needed to talk to him. She said well he's going to call you again. I never received a call. I would not recommend this to anyone if you can avoid it. This was my first encounter and they made me feel so bad about myself And left me still scared I was hoping for answers today because I've been terrified about the aftermath of this surgery as I will have rods and screws put in This doctor couldn't even give me five minutes of his day to let me know what he was going to do.
