Patient Testimonials

If "inconsistent" was a physical place, this would be it. Staff here are rude and demeaning. You can NEVER talk to anyone when you call. I've communicated more with them by text than over the phone. They never followed up on anything. I've already contacted several former patients because of the things I've heard. A 74 year old patient from there had a bad fall once with a brain bleed and they weren't getting relief to the lower back(hit in the lower back from behind by heavy equipment when they fell and hit their head). They told this person, over text, they don't treat acute pain and that they need to go see PCP.(Patient still has the text too!) Well they did go see the PCP after a stay in ICU, and had PCP contact them to okay the extra meds. The next appointment they were chastised and talked down to horribly and denied telling patient that. Then REDUCED the patient's meds. Then got a letter in the mail terminating the contract. They couldn't have told them at the appointment? The letter also stated patient can't set foot within 100 feet of establishment... A 74 yr old patient who can barely walk. This place is a joke. After the first visit you may not see the doctor again for months. I hope they understand they're messing with someone's way of life, and quality of life. "Do no harm" seems to be a dead concept these days.

I have given this place a 1 star because it was literally the lowest I could go. Today was my first day visiting with Dr. Garlapati. This man was utterly rude and disgusting and very disrespectful. He began to speak to me in a manner that I was not pleased with. I asked him to not speak to me in that way and he began to escalate his tone. He was trying to make me feel like I have something wrong. And I asked him to check again. He began to speak to me in a very rude way. I again asked him not to speak to me in this manner. He then threatened to call the police on me if I said anything else.( he was the only one yelling ). All I asked this unprofessional to do was watch the tone he had with me. I even asked the nurse is he always like this. She seemed so shocked and upset that he was speaking to me in this manner Wow. I should have followed my first mind and canceled this appointment. When I walked into the place I knew I did not belong there based off the energy. And when I walked into the room. I felt it even more. And now I see why. No matter the reason. He should have been professional. And was not. I would not recommend this place to anyone not even your dog. Because I treat my dog way better than this. This doctor is not for the people of America. Simple as that. $60 copay Down the drain. This man tried to treat me in a manner that goes completely against my character.

This clinic is very unprofessional and don't like communication. Ms Cora won't return calls n they're all judgemental. They terminated me after having surgery and releasing me a day after I had a serious procedure that could've left me blind if not treated. They asked me if I've had any surgeries or been to er which I stated I had surgery the day prior. They cancelled my appointment without properly notifying me. No calls or nothing just cut me loose after 6 yrs of being a pt there. Now I'm having to protect my reputation n find another pain doctor. I didn't have time to find another doctor or nothing very unprofessional n I wouldn't recommend a dog get treated there cause that's exactly how I was treated like an animal I'm no damn drug addict n I'm looking for an attorney due to patient abandonment.

Yesterday I had my first visit with Dr. Garlapati. He did in one visit what multiple doctors have not been able to do, or see in TWO years. When I got to my car I cried tears of joy, because I felt like someone finally had a plan to help me.
