“I had to put one star but would have preferred zero. My husband went in for an epidural pain blocker. We had an over the phone consultation with the doctor a week ahead and were told he would have 50 to 90% improvement from the first shot and from there we would decide if another was needed after 2 weeks. He had zero change from the epidural. When my husband called to ask the doctor about it the front desk said she would talk to him. She called back to let him know he would need another round. When pushed on the fact that we were told 50 to 90% improvement their answer was surgery. However, my husband multiple times asked to talk to the doctor and was told "well its his choice if he decides to call you back." Well any doctor that cannot talk to a patient on the phone or have the decency to call back within a day or two should not be trusted.”
