“Avoid this place. Seems they may have moved to Glendale, but if it's the Scottsdale staff, avoid. I do my best to give positive reviews, but I can't here. Terrible experince. First appt I was provided a variety of items without much thought or explanation. After inquiring with other medical experts in the field, some items wouldn't do anything for the reason I saw them. Chiro spends less than 2 mins each appt and had inappropriate conversations with other staff with patients around. PTs are kind, but not nearly as competent or involved as other places I've been since. Billing was always a bit squishy, with no real details, even when I repeatedly asked. Then, after over 18 months since I've been there, I recieved a bill, even though I validated over a year ago there were no outstanding bills. When I called, they said insurance has up to 7 years to resolve a claim. However, over a year ago I asked if there was anything pending and was told no. Avoid this location!! I wasted too much time and money. I didn't realize how bad it was until I went elsewhere.”

“I have suffered with knee pain, thigh, buttock pain for 7 years now. Turns out I have a compressed nerve under my knee cap. Dr. Jensen is the first one who has actually helped me in 7 years after seeing numerous physicians to diagnosis and treat me. I felt he really does care about my quality of life. He did a PNS trial and it took 100% of my pain away in the knee and thigh and buttock. I still have severe back issues due to walking with incorrect posture for 7 years. He has stated he wants to help me with that also. I look forward to a long medical relationship with Dr. Jensen and would recommend him if you too are dealing with chronic pain.”

“Beware. Be very cautious. Fraud alert. 4 years ago I treated with them. Initial visit was an upsell on all this treatment including injections. I declined and did only 18 chiro adjustments for around $600-$700. I would go to my apt, wait for a minute then get adjusted and leave. 5 min max in office. I was told the $600-$700 would be ALL I PAY FOR. That's it. Makes sense even though that still seems well overpriced for 18 neck and back adjustments. I was in too much pain to care at the time. I recall seeing them bill excessive amounts to my insurance company. Excessive is an understatement. I brought it up on my visits and I got, ''it's just how we handle the billing, it's normal, you don't pay anything. Don't worry.'' I moved on. Fast forward to yesterday. 4 years later.... I get a message from them (legit) that I owe them $3,300.00. I call and confirm it's real. I spoke to billing and she stated she can cut it by 50% if I set up installment with them right now. I'd strongly assume because after they milked my insurance company for thousands, they still want to try and get even more money from me. I asked what they billed for? I only did adjustments to my neck and back.... 5 min max. What were there service level codes? How many units were they billing? Did they bill for imaging not done? Did they bill for injections? The lady with billing said she could send me an itemized bill and have supervisor call me. As I assumed, there was no call back. No follow up when I brought up bringing an attorney into this and questioned the validity or the legal handling of the entire billing. There were major red flags. I have not heard back from them. Moral of all this, I will not sleep at night not at least bringing this up. I was in complete shock and just deeply disappointed in the actions of this ''business''. it comes across as this place is more about the money over ones overall health. I do not want to see others experience that. Just be careful. Ask questions. Know what is being billed and why.”

“I came in for treatment after being t boned in a car accident in July. The treatment at this facility is top notch. I have felt taken care of from the moment i walked in and everyday I've been in to treatment since. The staff has incredible bedside manner and treated me with care in respect along the way. I cannot thank Dr. Shultz enough for putting me back together. I feel brand new. I would recommend AZ Pain Relief to anyone looking for treatment options. 10/10 thank you!”
