“I was in their care for a a month, You ignore another Dr the patient is cared for, cause them to have a seizure from the meds the patient says no to amd are on allergy list and her neurology says absolutely no to. Still did what he wanted to do, harm me, so tramadol it was, for someone who already had seizures in the past, controlled by herself for 3.5 years, 1 Dr, with wanting his own mind, own choice, not caring about me, or my body, or what my dad and neuro says, and the fact it's on my no no list, 24 hours later after 3 total taken, I have 2 full blown seizures!!! Thanks alot doc! Haven't been able to drive for 3.months because of you! then the back office staff can't even put labels in the machine there excuse " we are just soooo far behind we dont have time, or just take time to write my name, or give me a pen to write my own name, when there are 2 other urine samples just like that in the cubbie same reasons, my test comes back with things I have either never taken, or something I haven't taken in a very very very long time, then im released, without allowing me to figure things out and fight for myself, because that would have came to me, that those urine samples that day, cannot be proved. Office failure, , because i would have then said, you can not prove thats my sample. I was not there when my name was put on 1 of the 3 samples un labeled in the cubby,,so I'm going after those who harmed my care through stupidity, and carelessness. So this book i have been researching, studying, for 5 years thousands of people ive spoken with and their stories in it as well, will be real eye opener, and game changer late Next year. but also a lot of WOW, you've got to be kidding me moments, they won't be a funny ha ha wow, they will be sick to your gut wow,. Thanks a lot for the mis treatment I received.”
