“The providers and staff are great but the billing and payments are atrocious. They mislead you by showing you a payment plan for a treatment package on your first visit, but the costs end up being way more for the quoted treatments; however, they don't tell you your cost has changed, even when you ask during your visit. They only send your final bill when you've completed your treatment plan, but by then, you've already racked up a giant bill. You are better off going somewhere with honest and up-front pricing.”

“I went to AZ Pain for my back pain and although their pt service was amazing and they were able to help relieve my pain. Their billing team is a nightmare! I had originally agreed to an out of pocket amount during my consultation which covered my visits, injections and adjustments. I paid off this amount in two installments, however i was hit with huge outstanding bill after 2 months! Apparently the office did not provide the documents necessary to justify the need for the xrays and other services they asked me to have during my consultation when billing my insurance. When I called the office about this they directed me to billing, billing told me this was an insurance issue and when I started a claim and called my insurance they said the billing department was unresponsive and hard to get a hold off. I am still going back and forth with their billing and my insurance in order to get the outstanding amount taken care of (pt ended Sept '23). Please do your research before choosing this place, hope no one else has such an bad experience!”
