Patient Testimonials
“Front office ladies are so kind and patient. Dr Sims is a God send. He is all about preventing pain, while helping heal your current condition. Everyone here truly listens to chief complaints, concerns you may have and takes the extra time if needed to explain the benefits of chiropractic treatment. I am so grateful to have found thiss place and highly recommend to all.”

“My experience with medical procedures can be a testament to the importance of clear communication between healthcare providers and patients. Initially, I was scheduled for a Medical Branch Block (MBB) procedure with Dr. Ray, who had provided me excellent care during my first MBB. That procedure had gone smoothly; thanks to sedation, I felt no pain and experienced minimal bruising afterward. However, my second appointment was a different story due to a lack of communication. When I had to reschedule my second MBB, the scheduler did not inform me that I would be seeing a different doctor, nor did the surgery center. This vital detail only became apparent as I was about to enter the operating room. Without the opportunity to discuss my concerns or preferences, I felt unprepared. The procedure began abruptly without the calming effects of sedation, causing me to react mid-procedure. The result was excruciating pain and noticeable bruising, in stark contrast to my previous experience. In the aftermath of this second MBB, I found myself unable to put weight on my right side due to shooting pain. Simple tasks such as getting dressed, showering, and even finding comfort on the couch became impossible let alone being able to sleep and being up all night even after taking muscle relaxers for the back spasms . I also struggled with nausea and joint pain that made eating challenging. To complicate matters, I have experienced blurry vision, further hindering my ability to prepare for my daughter's engagement party this weekend. This experience highlights the critical need for clear doctor-patient communication and understanding, which ultimately impacts patient outcomes. A procedure that could have been routine and manageable turned into a significantly distressing situation. It's essential that healthcare providers prioritize patient comfort and make sure they are fully informed.”

“What a refreshing place to walk into. We were referred here by a friend for my mothers neck pain. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated like royalty. The staff, doctors, radiologist all were so friendly and very attentive to moms pain. I can't say Thank you enough. Dr Church explained more in one visit than we'd heard from other doctors for over a year. I feel truly blessed to have found this place for mom. When checking out, Laura took fantastic care of us as well, which was sprinkles, on the icing, on the cake! Knowing there's relief for moms pain is the greatest feeling in the world. We very much recommend this facility.”

“Arizona Pain is a horrible corrupt company. Their management is a nightmare. They have no customer service skills and have no idea how to treat people who are in constant pain, mentally and physically. All they have done is added more pain to my life. I called the office specifically asking about opioids and they never asked me if I was taking a benzodiazepine. When I got there for my new patient appt, the MA said they don't prescribe opioids to anyone taking benzodiazepines. And the doctor said the same thing. I declined treatment and left. There were no services or evaluations done. I was so frustrated that this wasn't handled over the phone. They had wasted my time, energy, travel, gas and my break time. The new patient appt didn't happen and yet they still billed my insurance and got $117 from them. This is a fraudulent claim, and yet, they still want more. They have been fighting me over a tiny $13 patient charge just to prove a point. And yes, I have been rude to them and I said one swear word. My insurance never should have been billed in the first place. And I am not paying the $13 to prove the same point...that THEY are being ridiculous and childish. For an office not to just write this off, just proves how unprofessional they are. Stay away from Arizona Pain!”
