Patient Testimonials

I just went to see Dr. Khan, we had a great visit and plan of action. I was told it would take up to 14 business days to have insurance approval, I wait little over a week to hear it now will take 15 business days. I was in excruciating pain and asked for medication to get me through until the procedure. They said you didn't sign our medicine agreement.. I stated I had with the initial paperwork.. I asked if I need a new appointment she said no and spoke to MA.. the sent me a steroid pak.. it didn't help I had to keep calling and finally said I wanted an appointment. At the appointment I spoke to the Ma and Dr I seen that time.. she was able to give me something for pain..and told me I was able to schedule at that time.. staff in front was now accommodating.. have the procedure. No one called to follow up or schedule a follow up appointment. It has been 2 weeks. I actually had my blood pressure spike for 4 days and had sweats for 2 days. I'm still in pain and no plan of action. The Dr is great but front office is lacking. Extremely disappointed..

First, Dr. Kahn told my husband that epidurals work best when done consecutively as close together as possible. Unfortunately insurance makes that difficult with the approval process. But instead of being on top of it, the office cancelled several follow up appts, submitted insufficient documentation, does not communicate nor return phone calls. Additionally they make you pay an estimated cost up front and it's always more than insurance approves, so now they owe me $ and the billing department doesn't answer the phone. When I told them I would be finding another provider and reviewing them appropriately, the office girl actually laughed at me. Hopefully someone reads this and saves themselves a bad experience.

Dr. Khan really listens to you about your pain issues and takes time to help you consider options. He's personable and knowledgeable. I also have met with Rachael, one of his NP's. She's a good listener and helpful with suggestions for alleviating specific pain problems. Overall, I highly recommend the practice.

Takes forever to answer phone. Always run behind for scheduled appointments. Front office staff is rude and very uncaring. Waiting room furniture is filthy. On the other hand, Dr Khan is very nice and is very attentive and listens to every word you say and you don't feel like you are rushed. Don't expect to see Dr Khan on your follow up visit. You will only be seen by an RN or nurse practitioner. In all fairness I will say I received the help I needed and pain relief. .
