Patient Testimonials

My husband and I were very disappointed in the service we received. 1. When our PCP sent over the referral to the Broadway office, the fax was broken! 2. After my husband had his MRI and was given a disc of the procedure, we were told that the office doesn't have anything to read it with. 3. My husband finally got an appointment at the Queen Creek office. My husband said, if you don't get the report, give me a call. The office never called and he assumed that they got the report. We drove out there only to find that they hadn't received the results yet! Is your fax machine not working either? A very disgruntled patient and wife!

Was notified multiple time before my appointment but not a single person told me that they only do treatments at certain locations. Took calling 3 different locations to finally find someone who could help me. Waste of my time and of my day. I hope to find a new clinic soon.

After going to this medical clinic for years I've decided to move on. Staff are not on same page and don't communicate. when I got there, I asked if I had to leave a urine sample. I was told no that I could go to the bathroom went to the bathroom, then went into the room for my visit and was told I needed to go to the bathroom after I already went. I have lupus arthritis everywhere and fibromyalgia and I'm on ssi for my illness. Been on pain meds for years. It's starting to get cold and pain is getting worse but yet they want to change my medication, I said no. My medicine is working. They refuse to let me see doctor, and it's been over a year. I can't believe I have to change. This sossoman location shouldn't be in practice. Instead of me having a one on one, the doctor and his helper and talking and making decisions with out me. I'm very sad to have to leave cuz I've built a relationship with my doctor.
