“Starting all over again with this pain management practice. I will wait for 6 months to review how I am handled as a patient since I was told I would not be seen by this practice anymore. I tested a false/positive on methamphetamine after using the Vicks menthol nasal stick inhaler. A google search showed that item will cause a positive for meth if used. The office sent me a notice of denial of service in a letter thru snail mail after that failure. I was not told I could retest or appeal their decision. I would have rated Dr. Ji Li 5 stars in the previous 25 + years I had been seen as a patient and I was very pleased with him and the office staff.”

“Dr Li has no clue what his office staff are doing. He has an inept MOA (Chandlar) and 'office manager' (Melissa) [mother daughter combo] who treat their co workers like crap and then do nothing to change when feedback is given. Office manager in title only. What a giant conflict of interest! Don't waste your time until those two are no longer part of the office.”
