“I've had a frustrating experience with this group. I've called everyday for a lab slip, that Dr should have known I needed; for 2 weeks. Finally got someone to print put the slip, went to pick it up at 11:45 and apparently they decided to take early lunch. Staff was still there because one of the other doctors nurse, let them know I was there. Waited 20 minutes more, still no response. The other nurse was apologetic, but it wasn't her fault. I've called 3 times today and again no response. This office had total disregard for my time and patient care is not a priority.”
