What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Dr. Eze is super. He listens & explains things clearly & in a way that is easily understood. He has set up a treatment plan that I am excited to start. It would be great to have some pain relief in my lower back. My only disappointment is the bathroom was not clean. So that was concerning. Also, I'm disappointed that I am still in terrible pain 75% of the time. I was really hoping to get this under control so we'll see what the future holds. The office staff is kind, patient & very helpful. All in all I am pleased with Dr. Eze & his staff are super. Hopefully we can get the rest sorted out.”

“Excellent Doctor, affable, and his staff are all nice and efficient. I go to the Bonanza office with Kim Nguyen. She and the front office are all nice and patient with patients. I am starting my 10th year at APEX, and though pushing 70 my quality of life is so much better since coming to APEX.”

“Dr Eze is a great Dr., but some issues need to addressed about getting appointment they leave us on hold for almost an hour then when they answer they hang up especially at the end of the day. Nobody can get a hold of the person for scripts if we had an issue the mailbox is too full to leave a message. It's starting to seem like they show up for a paycheck but refuse to do the work they get paid to do. They make it difficult to get through to anyone.”

“Dr. easy is a good doctor however his medical staff on the other hand not so much anyway so like every time I visit there there's always an issue every single time I come from my appointment there's always an issue. They never take accountability for their mistakes and they always try to blame you instead of being like you know what we made the mistake like fix it. They don't do that. They don't know how to take accountability but my thing is is how are you? How are you in the medical field, but you constantly are making mistakes like every time I come to the office there's always an issue and if I could, I would find a different doctor But at this point like I've already I need the long-term care so I can't really go anywhere else right now, but it just really sucks and it's an inconvenience to me and then on top of that like their wait time is ridiculous your appointment it will be at 9:30 and you won't get seen until almost 130 if you have a TeleMed appointment at like eight in the morning you won't get called until after one like there's always something with the office like Dr. easy as nice and stuff but at the end of the day like it's just a so unorganized and it's ridiculous and there's a doctor there that doesn't really even know what he's doing like Dr. Tim he knows like he could do stuff that for Dr. easy like on some things like medication changes and stuff, but with Dr. with the other doctor like he doesn't do that and he tells you that you have to see the other doctor so I don't know it's just a lot going on at that office and I just feel like they're unprofessional unorganized and all over the place and they need to get it together because it's an inconvenience to people like me. They have to take time off of work a month and advance to take this disappointment and then to have to come back or sit there and be there all day or when I do reschedule and I have to be there like during my work hours and stuff it takes some hours so then now I gotta rush to work because they didn't do their part and call me when I was supposed to be called so at the end of the day I feel like I just feel a type of way because I feel like they could be more professional and I feel like that they could be more organized and I feel like that they could take accountability for sure this is not my favorite place and I hate coming here. I dread coming into the office. I dreaded anything from this office And if it wasn't for my treatment, I would've been left.”
