“I have seen Dr. Karam three or four times, two for interventional spine procedures (injections). First, I truly trusted his diagnosis and care plan that led to those treatments. Secondly, the actual procedures were very meticulous. The first one he told me I'd feel some noticeable pain; I actually felt zero pain. The second, a different procedure in the same area was well within the expected levels of pain (brief and mild), but more importantly it may be working already!
