“She sent me away with no help, or any amount of empathy at all. I waited for an hour just for her to come in for 20 seconds, tell me there was only medication, and then leave. I want to make sure even a few bases have been covered, not one & then not looking into anything further. I have never had to reach out before because of a doctor's behavior, but being told "it is what it is" and not give any helpful advice, or look for even one thing it could be - honestly caught me so off guard I didn't even know what to say in the moment but cry. I think it's really cruel to leave someone waiting in a room for almost an entire hour just to have a conversation that didn't even last 5 minutes, and a very cold interaction at that. I'm in pain, acute pain, every second of every day. I'm barely even surviving, this was really wild to happen, honestly. Truly a disappointment. I can't even get a referral through them (which they ABSOLUTELY can do), they have just fully sent me away. Terrible place, with terrible doctors. No amount of care was provided to me, and even after all of this, they can't even write a single referral for me to get out of there and go somewhere else. I have NEVER been so degraded at a doctor's office. It's very strange to have doctors dig their heels in so hard for people that are just in pain. If you're considering trying this place out, make sure it's your absolute last resort. There's a good chance nothing will be done for you, and you'll get treated like dirt.”
