No need to be sedated because he causes zero pain and gives the shot in the right area for maximum relief. I 1000000% recommend this doctor if you need epidural injections. “I have been going to Dr Vinayakin for years. I've had 16 Backsurgeries with Screws and 4 Rods from C1 to S1. I missed 5 appointments in 2021 because I had been sick all year. I called the Office Everytime . I Lost my Left Kidney,which had a Tumor under it and a Large adrenal Mass above it. The Dr caused a Hernia feeling around with the Kidney. But sent me Home but I got Covid 19 and had to go straight back and was in ICU for a while. He sent me back home Anthe Hernia Ruptured and Blood started coming out of my Stomach. Which I had ti have Emergency surgery that morning twice because it ruptured again on the say out of Surgery. Then they put some machine with tubes in my stomachfor 3 Months. And I went to a Rehab. Where they had Covid so Bad My Son came from Tennessee and took me out because he'd seen me the Last time with Covid and didn't want me to get itagain. But , I did miss 5 appointments So they Dropped Me. Because of Contract. It was my Fault for getting sick. So I don't blame Him. I just don't think they told him I called Office and I was in Hospital so many times that year. And Now I can't find a Pain Management Dr. And He was a Great one . Now I've fell and fractured T12 and wish hthey would have told him. He's always there after my back surgeries”

“I had a lumbar epidural performed and had a bad reaction to whatever medication he used. I was in terrible pain and had a headache for about a week. I called his office and was told that he would call. I waited a day and called back. I was told that the message was transferred and they would make sure he receives this message. I wait several days and call again and again I was told he should have received the messages. He finally calls me a week and a half later apologizing and saying he has been very busy and was taking time from his lunch break to call me back......needless to say that comment angered me as it probably would anyone in my situation. He was previously scheduled to perform another epidural in my neck and I cancelled and would not recommend this doctor”
