“1st i droped off for the Dr's to see me complete personal history injuries, family history 80 pages for the Dr to review before my appointment in 2 days from then. Every page had my personal info name phone more. I just compleated collecting it from all over thee country..UN UNABLE TO REPLACE MOST OF IT. THEY LOST IT. 2nd O was one of the 8,000 that the doors were closed on, i went in for my appointment, the buildings locked up. 3 I then suffered for 3 weeks with out of my meds of 5 Daily dose of life hydromorphone and 5 Methadone.. 4 i have had a previous surgery of 3 FAILED C-Spine surgeries. I wont go back to them fo their incompetence.”

“I had an appointment today with Praveen Mambalam. This was my first time seeing him and he basically said I need to be off of my pain medication which I've been on for two years at the lowest dose. He took my prescription from 4 times a day down to three times a day. Mind you he's not who I see he's a stand in. He wasn't trying to hear what I had to say on the matter. He has a rude demeanor. I do not want to see him again.”

“I have been being seen at Anesis Pain & Spine Center now for about 3 years. I have to say, I have never been treated unkindly or indifferent. I can count on all of the Physicians at Anesis to take care of me, and I believe they Really Do Care. One time I had an appointment, I was coming from Bellevue to Tacoma I was over 45 mins late.... The Doctor Stayed and waited for me because she knew I was coming from Bellevue, and Traffic As a matter of fact I have an appointment today for injections . Compassionate Doctors, and Staff I don't know what I would do without you guys I would easily give them. 5 Thank You Anesis.. T Chambers”

“This is based on the Lacey office and doctor Burkley. I initially gave them 5 stars I've seen them 3 times the first time I've seen them was to discuss my chronic pain issues and all my back issues. It was the initial appointment and they were great, second time I got a few pain pills and he would monitor me. No offer of anything else just pills, ok fine i dont like pain meds but will take them when i absolutely need to and i actually had expired ones i had brought with me and turned into him this last visit. I was supposed to come back for a recheck from the 2nd visit however I didn't make it back because I ended up getting pancreatis from a bad gallbladder and was given pain meds due to the pancreatis and had been very ill from that add in a few deaths in the family and I just did not make it back for another follow up. when I finally was able to come back which was last month, July of this year he was not friendly, hes not a friendly doctor anyways he has an unfriendly demeanor and that's fine I got along with him regardless, but he really didn't do anything or offer anything. I asked him if he could get me an MRI as felt like my back had gotten worse And we discussed that briefly and then he kinda said okay I will get a hold of you and out he went. it's been a month and I just called to see what was going on and apparently there's nothing more they can do for me or my pain. But heres the thing, they havnt done anything for me anyways beside give me a few pain pills. I did not ask for pain meds this last appt when I came back i asked to be reevaluated as my back feels worse and it had been a long time since anyone had did an mri to see if it had progressed. But they didn't offer me any alternatives, no lumbar injections etc they just said sorry we cant help u anymore. Well u didnt help me in the 1st place except give me drugs. Thats it no alternatives and doc Burkley you sir are rude and condensing and should not work in a field that should atleast possess some compassion for those of us with chronic pain. Did u ever think we are often out of it because we are chronically tired from lack of sleep due to pain? No u just assume we are all drug seekers. Shame on you Im absolutely disgusted with you and this place and will make sure to share that with many. I do not recommend them anymore.”
