“Absolutely no bedside manor. My mom wasn't able to get a word in as the Dr was just talking w out letting her explain what was going on. Straight away the Dr said she needed injections. Then the Dr said she can't help my mom. Unexceptable. The Dr 2as in the room for 3 mins and didn't listen to anything. Absolutely horrible. My mom eneded up crying after the appointment”

“I have some issues with my joints. Some are worse than others. Among the superlative worse of them is my left shoulder. I went to the clinic for an injection. I honestly wouldn't have minded if the injection was uncomfortable. I was in so much discomfort, I just wanted the anti inflammatory and the little bit of numbing in the injection. I felt so much relief! The doctor has a very gentle touch and an excellent bed side manner. When a patient is hurting, it's easy to want to take it out on everyone. What I recognize, and appreciate, is that these folks looked at my chart and could see why I was hurting. I have had other doctors not show me as much empathy, and sympathy. When you are really hurting, even if the doctor can't help, it's comforting to have a doctor that doesn't dispute patient discomfort. They are all empathetic, soft-spoken and patient with folks. If you're hurting badly, maybe give these folks a try. At the very bear minimum, you will be taken seriously.”

“Anesis Spine and Pain Care, what is it that you exactly do? I put my 1 star review below with an explanation. There are other one star reviews with explanations that make my eyes go wide. Then you have your 5 star reviews to counter balance your 1 stars. Who wrote those? Heck! One woman below gave you a 5 star review because she was amazed at the process of having a COVID 19 test! My my.... Don't you have your game on! I'm inquisitive...because your Renton clinic seems to do nothing really. Where is the staff? I mean, you have such a large space with many rooms. Don't you do injections, ablations, or x-rays even? I saw no one in two visits, except one receptionist, one escort to the doctor's interview room, and the doctor herself. And the bathroom was so clean it was like no one even used it. What are your crew of MDs up to? And where is the rest of the staff...like a nurse or two? Seemingly, there is no real pain care or public service that I can detect. But, maybe it's just me. I've always come in the afternoon. That must be the reason. I could make a list of reasons to lease or rent such large square footage without doing any real work. Is that what you are doing along with gaslighting pain patients? There are professionals and then there are people like you...”
