“This place is for spine and pain care, I got a referral from my doctor specifically FOR SPINE AND PAIN CARE and they won't even offer an appointment to see me and determine IN PERSON if I could use their services. What is the point of being a spine and pain clinic, if they dont bother to see people who have chronic back pain, based on a doctors note sent with the referral. Absolutely ridiculous. The least they can offer is to actually see the person with chronic back and spine pain before they say "no sorry, your doctors notes say one thing so we wont even bother to make an appointment to see if we can help" Absolute waste of time trying to see these people”
