“Tried to reach office by phone, 3 times, and had to leave message. When I arrived at office, only one receptionist at desk and was overwhelmed and didn't even have time to hear my message. While waiting another patient came in and also had the same issue. Was about 10-15 minutes behind. Nurse brought me back, but got feeling that as I was talking, she seemed distracted. I did not take offense knowing they were behind. Dr. Huff came in about 5 minutes later, and was professional and attentive to my overall history. At the end he told me that he was unable to affectively help me unless certain additional medical conditions were taken care of first. With his upfront honesty, I was able to respect and trust his determination of my condition. I would recommend to other people.”
