“Disappointed to say the least. I know medical care has gone down the you know what. But to have an appointment scheduled months out and even asking are you sure he will be there and be told yup we are here that day.. to get to days before the appointment I have been waiting for to get the call yeah he's not coming in that day was crushing. “I waited a long time for this appointment. I'd been referred to the office by my dr. I was unfortunately given to dr Laufer. He had me on the defensive right away but asking me why I was there. He had not looked at my chart. When I tried to answer his questions he would interrupt to tell me What I said was not right. He told me that my diagnosis was wrong and I should lose weight and work on my core. Non of this was helpful, I had only come to find Out if I was a surgical candidate. Run don't walk”
