“Poor service. I called in for a patient today to assist with a power wheelchair. The call center representative Tyeshia was so rude and unprofessional. My request was simple verification of the providers name, spelling and a fax number. Tyeshia first said she didn't know it. When I asked if she could reach out to the office she refused. Ultimately she tried to provide me the phone number in place of the fax number. When I asked if she could verify the fax number again she became verbally disrespectful and unprofessional. Ultimately verifying that she provided the wrong fax number. She was very unprofessional and hung up on me. I will be filling an official complaint with Medicare and Medicaid. This is not how members or patients should be treated.”
