“I was referred to this place. I cannot get into my VA (long story)and spend thousands of dollars in treatment. Went to see Dr. Reemer and it was a joke. My back is 9/10-10 on their pain scale almost everyday. It causes sciatic pain all the way down to my feet 24/7. His answer to my pain was a urinalysis and injection..... The injection did not reduce pain, instead it created more pain. I cannot believe nor do I understand how these practitioners blindly practice medicine. Absolutely sickening and depressing.”

“This was one of my worst experiences. I went in as a referral. I was very disappointed with the way they treat their customers. I went in for back pain management and they came up with one solution - pain injections. I'm sorry if I'm the only one who is absolutely not comfortable with injections. As a doctor he is supposed to offer options that I am comfortable with. I know there are more ways such as oral pain medication. Upon asking for an alternative to injections he said """""this is the only option we have. Your pain must not be as bad since your rejecting injections.""""" I'm sorry? How does the doctor decide how bad my pain is? I'm so disappointed. Filled out almost 25 pages of the application, waited an hour, and got this kind of attitude. I'm sorry but doctors are supposed to be comforting not forcing.”
