Office also requires monthly telehealth visits to send in your script. Do yourself a favor and have your pcp take over refills/follow up care.”

“False after visit notes entered nurse practitioner incompetent. Rude office Who interrupts and does not listen to you. If they do something wrong they will lie and falsify documents to protect themselves. They will straight up abandon you, cancel your prescription without even speaking to the doctor. I'm pretty sure this doctor is doing something shady with prescription writing. I have made a formal complaint it is under investigation.”

“Do not use this office!!! Called several times and someone finally called me back, I literally said to the lady on the phone who did not speak very good English that I needed a neuro physc evaluation for my son. She literally said yes we do that! Mind you I had already called everywhere else for one and the wait list were so long and I need it for school for my son and can't wait months... Lady goes yupp we do that are even said are u sure? Again yess we do that! Made the appt show up and nope they don't they literally wasted my time and my son's time... Mind you I had called over 20 places and would of added him to a wait list if I had knowne this a month ago... Thanks for wasting my time”
