“Been receiving pain management treatment from this office for @ least the past 5 years or so.. Dr. Child was my original practitioner, but then due to Ins.coverage reasons I was encouraged to switch to Dr. Brent Egan... Both Doctors were nothing but respectful, knowledgeable, & kind to me which is honestly a rarity sadly when it comes to Pain Management/ medication. I whole heartedly appreciate their care, time & knowledge. Each visit is pretty quick and pleasant. Thanks so very much to ya'll! You've helped make a stressful situation such as finding a new clinic after my old Doc was shut down literally randomly for no fault or reason of his own, which immediately/ abruptly left me " high n dry" a.k.a screwed basically due to " rules about Dr. Shopping. Which is the MOST ludicrous rule ever created especially when it comes to patients like myself that have literally no choice but to look for a doctor to relieve long-term/ forever treatment for Chronic Pain. “I have some pretty rare health issues that cause me tremendous pain. I have been under the care of a pain specialist since starting my journey to a diagnosis 10 years ago. Once my diagnosis was made my previous specialist did not bother to listen or care to learn about it or me. I was given a pill to shut me up for every issue I had. I was referred to Dr. Child by my best friend. I have never been more thankful to find this provider and his team. They are always, kind, professional and willing to go the extra mile for me and I am sure every single one of their patients. They have a multi step therapy plan to help you reach your best pain free goals. I am no longer just thrown pills and if I need an increase in something after doing procedures and therapy, I am never looked at or meant to feel like an addict because I am not.
