“Absolutely worst experience I have ever had in my life in a medical setting. I came in with excruciating pains after driving three hours just to make it to my appointment. Dr. Mary Beth saw me for maybe 10 minutes. Came in with a diagnosis packet already in hand and filled out her assessment sheet without even watching as she told me to show her different poses. When preforming "assessments" she half assed and even skipped actually doing what she said she was assessing. Then proceeded for the remainder of her time with me, to try to sell me a huge packet of a bunch of different prescriptions I should buy from them. Without once stopping to ask if I was okay (as I am shooting with pain and visibly crying and uncomfortable) or how bad my chronic pain is and is effecting my day to day life. When I asked about immediate pain management for day to day life, she said there was nothing she could do for me except prescribe a medication that would take months to build up before alleviating any pains. How can you call yourself a pain and wellness clinic?? This is honestly disgusting to have to put up with simply to get the resources necessary so I can go to someone more capable and compassionate to the patients lives and well-being they are caring for. I HIGHLY recommend NOT going to this clinic. It is very unfortunate that there are very few resources available for chronic pain and the ones we do have are money hungry businesses that don't give a crap about people's actual lives.”
