“My doctor referred me to this officr as a final step for pain management for my herniated L5 S1. As usual doctors like to try all the options before considering surgery. Upon walking in you check in with a receptionist behind a glass window. They are not friendly nor do they have personality. Literally stoneface you can tell that the ladies behind the desk does not like their job or seem to be irritated. I met with dr. Chris he was very informative in regards to pain management. He scheduled me for a follow-up appointment to get injections. I came in on the day that the receptionist had scheduled and the doctor tells me that I'm not on the schedule. I live in Ewa Beach so it's not like I'm traveling right around the corner. I know that mistakes happen and I took off of work for 2 days to get this done. To be told that I'm not in the schedule and they would squeeze me in. I took this as a sign to wear if this business cant get their appointments straight I will not allow them to stick a needle in my back. At that point I left and never returned. Your first impression is your best impression. This business did not make a lasting impression. Confused desk people with no personality and a doctor that has no clue what is going on with his staff. I'm so blessed not to have had any procedures with this office. Things happen for a reason”
