“This is my first online negative review of a medical office. I am a physician myself and am mostly grateful and extend grace to my physicians and their clinics as I understand the challenges of an operating a medical clinic. I tried to give this clinic multiple chances to right their wrongs but they continue to not do so. Before I started treatment I provided my insurance card and my information and I was told that the physician would be in network. The physician recommended both treatment she said the insurance company would cover and very expensive treatment that the insurance probably wouldn't initially cover and explained that I would need to pay out of pocket for this treatment. I was told that because she was in network, those appointments would be covered and administering the treatment would be covered. The physician told me that she would provide information and call my insurance so that they would consider covering all the treatment. The clinic told the physician that she was not allowed to do this. After months of treatment, I found out the physician was not in network and asked the clinic about this. They told me they would look into it and get back to me. They never did. Instead, months later, they sent me a very large bill for the charges that the insurance didn't pay because the physician was out of network.”

“Dr Vaidya and Dr Lee have saved me from many occipital neuralgia attacks with well placed steroid shots in the past couple of years. The care coordinators like Alejandra, Daniella and Erika are extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and work hard to schedule me in an emergency situation. I really don't know where I'd be if this place didn't exist because even emergency rooms can't help me with some conditions like persistent neuralgia attacks.”

“My experience with Dr. Alocozy was by far the WORST experience with a doctor I've ever had. I almost never write negative reviews and let those experiences slide, but this was so bad I felt the need to warn others. To begin with, I've never been to a doctor that came up with a diagnosis even before I entered the exam room. I had mentioned in my intake form that my acupuncturist had suggested that I have my shoulder checked out by a doctor for possible arthritis. Within a minute of sitting down, the doctor told me that acupunturists are not doctors, implying that anything they said had to be immediately disregarded. Even before any sort of physical examination, she told me it was probably a muscular issue and was convinced I had a pinched nerve. The only attempt she made to examine me was to have me do wall pushups, and even though she said she couldn't tell if anything was wrong because I had tattoos, she made no effort to do any sort of other exam. This is especially odd since I wasn't exhibiting signs of having the issue she was clearly convinced I had, you would think a doctor with an ounce of common sense would pursue the issue further to see if there were other causes of my pain. She did not perform any mobility tests or even probe my shoulder for where my pain originated. For a pain institute, she showed zero empathy for my suffering and didn't even bother asking me to rate my pain, which is standard procedure. Even though she obviously holds acupunturists in low regard, at least mine made an effort to figure out what was going on with me. I had to push her for an x-ray since she was already sure what my issue was. I will absolutely warn everyone away from this doctor. I hope the other doctors in the practice show more caring and don't come to a diagnosis before the patient even comes into the room.I”

“I was attending acupunture sessions. Terapist Yu Jui Chang is excelente acupuncture terapist. I received her services which helped me to improve about pain. I will keep treatment with her.”
