“Totally unimpressed with this place and won't be going back. The impression I left with was that they seem only interested in running up the bill. I spent less than 10 minutes with my doctor. She did no physical exam of my neck, looked at some xrays I'd had taken elsewhere then said she recommended steroid injections in the neck (other doctors have told me about the danger of these). A few weeks later I get the statement from my insurance company and she billed them for $804 FOR TEN MINUTES CONSULTATION!!!!!!!”

“The worst 3 first impressions ever, DO NOT, I REPEAT! DO NOT, attention or schedule a appointment at the Covington, Georgia location. As long as they are making money, they really don't give much care about you, not to mention that I am a military veteran. The staff has to much personal business sidebar going on that you will be there for hours just for a 30 minute procedure, SMH! I had a appointment at 10:30am and I HAD to go to the window at 12pm just to find out what is going on, not to mention, the employees are rude and the person in charge didn't even come when I requested for them, that's how they work I guess, but it's not what you would expect from a facility that needs and advertise for business, that is supposed to give you comfort! REALLY!!!”
