Patient Testimonials

Brandon takes time to listen to ones concerns and doesn't make you feel like you're being rushed out of the office. His is very thorough and knowledgeable and seems to really want to resolve the issue conservatively, without jumping immediately to resolution through medication. I've been seeing him for years now and trust his judgement and professionalism.

Receptionists and nurse were very kind and listened, and were accommodating of me and my service dog. However the doctor I spoke to was very dismissive. While my father was in the room he said that they were unable to treat my specific pain and would refer me to Emory. However when my father left the room to take my service dog to the bathroom the doctor suddenly changed his mind and told me I needed to see a psychiatrist. I've dealt with chronic pain and disability for most of my life, and doctors dismissing me is unfortunately nothing new to me. I found the act of only changing his tune when my father left the room with my service dog particularly insulting, as if he was waiting for there to be nobody to stick up for me. I'm sure if you're older this is the place for you, but anyone under the age of 40 should probably avoid.

Dr. Gupta truly cares about any problems you're having and strives to get them resolved. She's very caring and concerned with your well being. The team reaches out to check on you after your procedure. I would recommend her to anyone experiencing any back or spinal pains.

I would like to thank everyone on the team including the staff upfront. Thy are always caring but most importantly I will like to thank William because he is very interested in helping me figure out this diagnosis. He's open to what I have to say and advocates for my well being. Although I'm not where i want to be, I'm hopeful due to the way they treat me.
