“I have been on the schedule here for a cortisone epidural for over a month. The morning of the procedure I received a call that they were taking me off the schedule due to insurance denying the claim. However, they admit to receiving the information from Insurance 4 days prior and made no efforts to contact me or correct this. I called my insurance company and they said the claim was denied because the doctor did not file it correctly and had neglected to inform them I had been receiving chiropractic therapy for over 6 months since my car wreck. After some time on the phone I was very angry and and clearly in pain when they simply refused to do the procedure. So much for patient care and doing the right thing. I was asked to get back in line and wait while they worked out fixing the mistake they made in the first place. So now I am looking for another place to get this procedure. There are several issues here. 1. When they called to schedule this we discussed the therapies I had received and they failed to relay this to the insurance company. 2. They received the letter of denial from the insurance company 4 days prior and waited until the morning of to call me and remove me from the schedule when this could have been resolved on Monday morning 3. They have clearly shown that ALL they care about is money and not doing the right thing. 4. They allowed me to go without food or water from 11pm the night before, pull my 17 year old daughter out of school for a ride back and forth (I was to be sedated), and alter my business calendar to suit this procedure. When they had every opportunity to correct this the day before. 5. Apparently when you are in pain and they have done nothing to fix or help you are expected to be calm cool and collected because God forbid they feel offended by your pain. Don't worry though they will apologize for the inconvenience Sincerely, Seeking other doctors that actually care about the patients and take responsibility for their mistakes”

I test every doctors knowledge, "bed side manor", and ability to explain things to a normal person. He as-of-yet has passed the mark surprisingly well. I set the bar with "would I trust this individual with my special needs sons care"? I can give an enthusiastic endorsement of Dr. Joseph and his office aids. A few of the paperwork staff are difficult to take at moments. Dr. Joseph and his aids offset the scales into the realm of a pleasurable experience. I highly recommend him and his staff.
