“Staff was extremely ignorant and rude. Four staff members, including the office manager (all) that I have never seen in my 17 years of services there, lied to me about what my insurance required. While they were out of my room I called my Insurance provider, when they came back in they were not happy of who I had on the phone to clarify their lies, all of sudden their story has now changed "it's our policy". Confirming they lied!! They became extremely rude and ignorant, continuing to lie and would not let me talk with the Doctor. They called me the next day to tell me not come back and hung up on me! After 17 years of being a patient, this is how I'm treated for extreme pain? New staff is awful to deal with unless you like ignorant, rude and people who lie and don't put your pain/health needs first. Don't waste your time. Horrible experience!!!”

I was able to get a follow up appointment in a timely manner to perform the procedure. Looking forward to the next appointment for some pain relief.”

“Dr Drass was very nice. I was disappointed that I didn't leave with some relief from pain. I have to get another MRI which is clearer and then don't see Dr Drass for a month. It's hard to cope with that. Dr Drass seems knowledgeable; I just hope he can help me with my pain.”
