“I asked for MRI and he was more worried about giving the injections then solving the problem or finding out the root of the problem.i mean I was in agony even with the injections I had to go to emergency room when I left there.He was too busy bouncing around and didn't give me his undivided attention. Everything was solved with injection and played around back and forth with giving meds .”

“Dr.Ahmed goes above and beyond. I can come to any doctor I choose. However, Dr. Ahmed really cares. His staff members are ok too. Only, had one encounter other than that I'm satisfied. Keep up the good work. Good, customer service is key.”

“Communication could be much better. Dr. Ahmed is really nice and not condescending. Edit: communication has gotten much better since I wrote this 7 months ago. Still very happy here Edit: I've stuck with Dr. Ahmed for 4 years. I've seen 4 nurse practitioner turn overs. Countless office staff turn overs. All of the bad things you hear about scheduling, billing, no call backs. They're all true. Dr. Ahmed does leave the country often. It used to be he'd blame it on the office staff. They'd blame it on him. He'd get new staff & it would be good for a while. I don't mind seeing the practitioners. They eventually leave though because the office gets too stressful for them. I've been trying to lock down a phone call, a simple phone call with Dr. Ahmed himself for 3 literal months. I have all of the receipts. From texts, to call logs. At my monthly appt, I'll say o need to speak to Dr. Ahmed. He's unavailable & if I want to continue treatment I need to take the appt with the NP. I don't know what's best at this point, trying to find a new office or keep dealing with this.”
