“Office is horribly ran by a woman by the name Nyra. She lies a lot about the things that she does when you go to the doctor about it he does nothing and he's had multiple complaints even from the people that I would lead to that were patients in the waiting room. She constantly was held up my medications and then you try to call the office nobody ever wants to answer they forward you straight to voicemail. The insurance company has tried to call them multiple times and they are blocked the insurance company's numbers and lie and say that they don't because they don't want to deal with it for extra work. Every time I turn around there's different staff in there and the staff even complains about how they're treated in there. This is unprofessional and the more you complain the less is done”

“Horrible. Went through withdrawal off my Morphine because of incompetence of ordering medications. I took myself off Morphine permanently due to not wanting to go threw withdrawal a third time then the Drs look at me crazy wanting to know why I don't want to take it anymore. NOW having an issue with my other meds. Came down with RSV and did not want to infect anyone. They said they would do a telemed Friday at 11:30. Never called. Then said they will call between 5 and 6. No call. So I have called there twice already and goes right to the answering machine. Still no medicine or answers. Will be looking for a new Dr.”
