“They used to care about you, but now they have stopped caring about treating your pain to setting limits on your medications. They are decreasing the amount of pain medication they allow patients. So on medication dose treats all! Whether your pain increases as they cut back on your medication THEY DON'T CARE!! So if you have minor pain go to them, but if you have major chronic pain go somewhere else!!!! If you could rate them in negative numbers I'd give them a minus 5.”

“Drove all the way from Anchorage to be seen only to be refused because I did not show 30 minutes before my appointment. I think it's just asinine to make an appointment at a certain time but reality you need to be there 30 minutes sooner too much room for confusion. And then to be turned away after an hour drive is infuriating will not be going back. Will be finding a new Dr, somebody that is a little more realistic and understands our time is just as important as theirs.”
