“I first saw Dr Kulick for a very painful sciatica condition. Several top surgeons said I needed to have spine surgery. Dr. Kulick examined me and, using his utrasound machine and manual palpation, decided the problem was localized to my back and legs -- no spinal involvement. He applied injections (under ultrasound) at key points -- about 20 in all. This had the IMMEDIATE effect of relieving my sciatica by roughly 90%. A few more visits completed the treatment.
