Everyone from the front desk to Luisa the practice manager were very helpful in setting me up as a new patient and getting my records uploaded to make my first visit very smooth! My appt was with Steven and Dr. Ferrillo. And can I tell you I was very happy with the care I received. Steven and Dr. Ferillo both listened and showed compassion while I gave them a brief history of my pain I had been experiencing. They both were then able to work some of the exercises in my back and leg to fine tune what I was describing.. When Dr Ferrillo touched upon the areas of the pain in my back I was so happy to finally get some answers and a plan in place and to help me manage the pain and get back to some normal activities that I couldn't do. I would highly recommend ASCPM.”

“I went here today for a consult with Rob he was great and listened and we came up with a plan. I was in alot of pain when I went and had a prior authorization from another doctors office that had to be cancelled by the other doctors office before I could get set up with Dr. Ferrillo. I just want to thank all the staff who assisted me they were awesome and I was not in the best state of mind of today being in so much pain. The staff really went above and beyond to help me and even though I was not in great spirits they overlooked it and did what ever they could to help. “The doctors are great...the office staff that handles things like insurance seems like they're constantly having issues. The place I got my injections before this never had any problems getting insurance approvals, but it seems like every time ASCPM has to do the same, they run into a million issues that inevitably leave me on hold with my insurance company for an hour for no reason. Office staff should maybe consider calling Upstate Hospital's insurance approvals department to ask them how they do it or something. Patients should not have this many issues when other practices seem to get it right without delay.”

“This pain management office is a joke . I have two other professional telling me that what this office dx him with is not correct, when I questioned why they think that the medical staff gets nasty to me and hang up on me . Also they don't even listen to my husband or myself . His head shakes and arms and legs shake can't even walk sometimes we been in and out of the hospitals it make me sick to know that people like this is in the medical field. This clearly shows only in it for the money . This office is a prime example of poor and disgusting medical practice. The office manager never calls back avoid avoiding the issues ,never met the doctor.My husband is now debilitating from excruciating pain rocking and they have done nothing about it.”
