“I don't know what happened to this practice. I had an incredible experience about 6-8 months ago. They correctly assessed (Dr Levy) and cured my severe neck pain with a RF Ablation. Following that--starting in the Spring--I have tried to get back in for lower back pain and it's impossible. It takes at least 8 weeks to get an appointment and if you have to change the appointment you are SOL. Also, no one calls you back. With OrthoNY no longer doing urgent care, the lack of attentiveness is a real problem.”
