“I need to make a complaint known. A request to help with a mutual patient's care was made through a voice message. Moments later a Dr. himself calls back to rudely tell our staff he would not be assisting or having any part of the care. Hung up in our representative's face. I WAS impressed with how fast my message was received which means the lady's answering the phones are prompt with relaying messages. However, this doctor has ruined my idea of this clinic with the rude bedside manner. I will not be referring anyone.”
