“I wanted to leave zero star but it would not let me leave a review without 1. If you have a loved one I would not recommend you going to this place. My 92 yr old Mother had two fractures of her vertebras and was in so much pain. It was going to be two weeks before they could schedule her Kyphoplasty after being diagnosed. On the day of her procedure she was very sick and it had to be rescheduled but they said it wouldn't be the next week but probably toward the end of Nov. I'm sorry but if you have a broke arm or leg you get it set because it is considered an emergency. When I called and spoke to a nurse she was rude and said everybody was in the same boat there. Whatever that means. As luck would have it I got in touch with her Orthopedic Dr and he got someone that could do it in three days. It was done today. I can tell you that after hearing from several Drs that she should not have had to wait to get this procedure done. If I had of seen all of the one star reviews, Mother would not have EVER entered there doors. They don't have to worry because she will not be going back to them. We would rather have someone that really cares for there patience and show compassion. Sometimes we learn from our mistakes.”
