“Staff is very courteous and friendly every time you walk in the door. I receive infusions here which are extremely helpful for my condition, because nothing else seems to work. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who deals with chronic pain and especially to those who have failed with other methods of pain management. I travel about 3 hours to receive treatment here, and it has been life changing. My condition is much more manageable now, and I end up in the hospital far less than I was prior to coming here.”

“I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Ainsworth Institute of Pain Management. Their office is extremely disorganized, and I had to call them multiple times a day just to get any kind of information about whether my injections would be covered by insurance. More often than not, I was given wrong information, only to be hit with thousands of dollars in unexpected charges when they told me insurance would cover it. The worst part was when I was literally on the operating table, about to receive an injection, and found out that insurance wasn't going to cover it after all. I ended up spending thousands over the course of 4 injections, all because of their inability to properly communicate or manage billing. When I tried to speak directly with the doctor, I was told an assistant would talk to me instead. This assistant had no knowledge of my case, had no idea what ingredients were in my injection, and couldn't provide me with any helpful information. It wasn't until weeks later that I finally got a call from the doctor, who phoned me on speakerphone while driving, with an extremely annoyed tone, as if it was a huge inconvenience to have to speak with me. This place is a disaster from top to bottom. The staff was unhelpful and rude, and the physicians were even worse. There are plenty of other clinics to choose from that will actually value your time and money. Stay away from this one.”
