Patient Testimonials

When setting up an appointment for my dad we had a great on the phone experience, Holli was so nice, knowledgeable and a truly a star when it comes with dealing with patient concerns. Made us feel welcome. However, when we got into office it was a completely different experience.. The girls at reception hardly seem to know what they're doing, they seem frantic and rude, didn't even ask for my dads pharmacy. Had to receive a call back 2 hours after leaving to provide that info. 3/5 stars. 0 stars for the office but 5 STARS for HOLLI

Dr. Williams and his staff are fantastic. They listen, care, and the wait time is minimal. I have severe chronic back and body pain due to severe septic shock, multiple surgeries, etc. I could not have found a better place to help me. I feel welcome and cared for. Thank you all!

There is 1 goofball here that is still burdening their coworkers and patients with mask-wearing as we approach the year 2025. I kindly ask you to stop depriving your practice of facial expressions and smiles. I challenge you to consider that the masks being worn by your patients and coworkers aren't sufficient to accomplish anything. Nobody else is still engaged in this laughable measure. It's an oppressive and cumbersome reminder of a shameful time; a filthy bacterial petri dish that lets the bulk of them pass on through. Meanwhile--you're breathing exhaust. Aerosol's travel through our air, atmosphere, the breeze, and those tiny spaces in fabric. Consider the impact breathing one's own moist, bacterial exhaust has on a person. Consider that nobody in your building is keeping that mask on constantly because they don't want to wear that thing. Your coworkers don't want to wear a mask. It's obvious. I'll bet your patients don't either. Are you thinking of them, or only of yourself? Why are we having to live and behave like diseased filthy animal after 1000's of years surviving on this planet? This a political manipulation, not an effective health precaution long-term. The rest of the world around this building has learned something and moved on. How do you get to work? How do you buy food? How did you survive before 2020? Certainly you're not a bubble-person. Come on back down to earth. We're waiting for you with smiles.

Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment to a crowded waiting area. I watched it empty and refill, people after me come and gone. While waiting an elderly man came in, was addressed by name by staff, he said his conditioning repair man was coming and he couldn't be late getting home. About an hr after I arrived was I taken to a room. I told the staff I was almost an hour after my appointment, that my time was as important as Dr.s. I was told 'we are short staffed' I waited 20 more minutes and I hear the older gentleman in the next room. Dr. is in the room to left and the older gentleman to my rt. Next I hear Dr talking with the older man, skipped past me, I walked out 1:15 minutes past my appointment. Never did see the Dr. and canceled all appointments, won't be back. I'm respectfully on time, the Dr is disrespectful when he is not close to on time. Poor scheduling is NOT and excuse, your the Dr. and responsible to see your on time, I opened your schedule for you. One only because no zero
