“Apart from being given two different addresses, there's also no sign that states "pain management" anywhere outside the building. There's at least 10 different types of services available in the same lot all with specific signs. Once I found the building, i approached the directory inside that states the room number of the office. It Doesn't tell you how to get there though. You walk through the door and are met with one room number and exit unless you turn down a hall and walk down to find it. No other signs no employees. It's not hard but as a person with CPTSD, Autism, and anxiety, this was a very nerve wracking process just to get to the right office. All of my forms have been filled and submitted prior the appointment and the office had one other patient. Regardless, I was 16 minutes late and I take ownership to that. Once I came in I stated my name and was met with a scowl and was told "the grace period is 15 minutes" by the receptionist who immediately went to reschedule and i had asked if we could just cancel it because it was really unnecessary at this point. She again met me with and low brow said "it already has been", referring to today's appointment. Like??? Yes I know that? Why would I tell you to cancel the appointment you just told me I was 1 minute past the grace period for?Anyways. As a relatively young person which chronic pain who's been waiting 4 months to be seen, who has anxiety and autism, and CPTSD, this was just not somewhere I feel comfortable going to at this point.”
