“Very very disappointed! I have stage 4 cancer as well as back pain from a fusion in 2024. I had to go to TX for a specialist for cancer treatment for 6 months. I have a great pain management Dr in TX when I'm there. I wanted someone to take over when I'm in CO. I saw Rebecca, she told me they don't help cancer patients and that I also wouldn't be able to take my anxiety medication or use my Rick Simpson oil (thc rso cancer treatment.) She tells me there other things they can help with. I asked what can you do? She sat there fumbling over her words never answering the question, I asked her 4 times, what a cancer patient needing help is supposed to do. She responds with I don't think your drug seeking. Excuse me, what? I have a failed fusion, stage 4 cancer and 3 major surgeries this year alone the last sep 17 with one more scheduled dec10. I never thought they would think that, but now I know exactly what they think (shame on them) It's sad that it's so hard to find a doctor to help with pain. I assumed all pain mgmt helped with pain from cancer and surgeries. Long story short don't waist your time here!”

“Reception is an absolute run around. Called with a referral already in place and was told they first need to get approval from one of their providers. I told them it was fine but that I would like to be seen as soon as possible, as the situation was deteriorating. I asked if roughly 3 weeks was a realistic time frame for receiving treatment and they told me that shouldn't be an issue whatsoever, and that they have submitted the request for approval. Later that day I get a second phone call from their office asking if I indeed wanted to schedule an appointment, and that they will need to request provider approval. This is after I was told that they already submitted the request. Two days pass and I receive notification I was approved. I call back to schedule my appointment just to be told a different department does scheduling for new patients. They put me on hold and after five minutes the same lady picks up and tells me nobody is in to schedule an appointment for new patients, and that they will leave a note to hopefully call me back. Scheduling an appointment should not be this difficult! I finally get a call back from the other department just to be told that their soonest availability is a MONTH out. This was incredibly frustrating considering I was explicitly told three weeks was a realistic timeframe to do both a consult AND receive treatment. Listen to the reviews and go somewhere else!”

“AWFUL. Dr Rebecca ignored the location of my pain (elbow &middle of upper arm), insisted on images of rotator cuff, which didn't hurt at all. . I said she could get images of both, but she refused, arrogantly calling herself on "expert." I will not go back. Do not ho there. Support staff was fine.”

“I did not have a great experience. The PA I saw did her assessment and after everything said really the only thing that i'd be a candidate for would be nerve blocks and if those worked, then an ablation. I was wanting to try it, but then I was told because my "average pain level" is at a 3, I wouldn't be a candidate because they need me to be at at least a 5. Everyone's pain levels are different, and everyone rates them differently... So after I literally cried in the office (because i've been in chronic pain due to a bulging/herniated disc for THREE years) she said she'd see if they would still do it. after everything, they said they would schedule the blocks, but when I called to set up a time, they're over a MONTH booked out just for the trial block. I feel like no one wants to help me, and I regret even going here honestly. I just feel like it was a waste of time, and I feel beyond discouraged.”
