“One of the worst medical experiences of my life. This office is COMPLETELY incompetent. Dr. Lin may be great, albeit I really have no idea because I only saw her once at my very first consultation appointment and never again. What followed after the first appointment has been ridiculous and truly dumbfounding. One mistake after another that led me to completely refusing service and injections. I was terrified for any of them to touch me when they couldn't even get facts straight regarding my appointments. I would advise you steer clear and go somewhere else. Appt 1 4/29: I saw the doctor, she diagnosed me quickly, validated me and really had me seeing the light at the end of the tunnel after 15 years of searching for an answer for my lower back pain. She said she could do injections right then and there, but I didn't feel comfortable with that without some sort of imaging. That seemed odd to me - how would you know what or where to inject? How do you really know the root cause of the issue? I decided to go with a second appointment and in the meantime, they were going to request my MRI's I had done prior. They told me we would do the injections when I come back. My only instructions were to drink lots and lots and lots of water. Appt 2 5/12: I show up, VERY hydrated and pay for my injections. Immediately after things were off. They take me back to a room and the gal who walked in asked me how I was doing after my injections. What?? I didn't have injections. I told her this and that I came prepared to receive them today and that they were supposed to have requested my MRI. She pulled up images on the computer and was like oh yes, we have them right here. NO! Those are not MRIs, those are the X-Rays I provided for my first appointment. More confusion. The manager came in and said they do have the MRIs, but they were sent to a different office and that they weren't able to get them right away so I would have to come back. They asked if I could come back the next morning, but it was at this time they divulged that I would likely be in pain from the injections and that it gets worse before it gets better. We had a trip coming up, so we decided to reschedule for after our trip. This time I was also instructed to come in fasted and to bring a driver because I would be under light sedation. What??? This was CRAZY news to me because I never planned on bringing my husband to this appointment - it was complete happenstance so what if I had shown up alone?? Appt 3 6/23: I show up, husband in tow, fasted and as soon as we show up the front desk clerk tells me I owe money for the injections. What??? I had already paid for them at my last appointment! She confirms this information, and they take me back. They start prepping me for the injections and mind you I still have not seen the doctor - they have still not reviewed my MRIs. A guy is prepping my arm for an IV when I finally ask if they have my MRIs and if I was going to talk to the doctor first?? He stops prep to find out what is going on. They put me back in a room and the gal says yes, she has the MRIs and that she will go get the doctor. Except they are NOT the MRIs, she pulls up the X-Rays... AGAIN! The manager then comes in says they don't have them and neither does the other office. WHAT??? You told me they did! So clearly, they never did and they were just buying time. Cool. At this point my mind is blown, I am very uncomfortable and refuse service completely. I asked to be refunded for the injections that NEVER happened and left. Now MONTHS later I received an email saying we owe them money for injections. THIS IS BEYOND ME! PLEASE RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!”
