“On the organizational side, all of the staff have been polite courteous and professional. Unless there're hit with the unexpected, appointments are on time as scheduled. The procedure Prep. group are very efficient and personable, more than willing to assist the patient, whatever their requests. My needs were successfully diagnosed and treated by Dr. David Morales and his team. Being anesthetized most of the time, I can't speak for there're actual hands on skills ,but the results to date have been a major relief from relentless pain. In follow up visits with Dr. Morales, he has demonstrated compassion and commitment to the patient for a pain free life. PB”

“Horrible experience. Told week prior to surgery to be at facility at 9:30. Arrived early only to be told the correct time was 1pm. I can hear them talking in back complaining how they can't keep up with schedule changes. Had to drive an hour to get here just to get offered a sorry and come back later. Bad mismanagement. Do you want to trust the surgery will go better???”
